After twelve years of hard work, determination, and continuity, the founder of Mam Global Manpower, Mian Altaf Khan succeeded in accomplishing his dream project in 2024. Mam Global Manpower is a project of Al-Zohra Group PVT.LTD.

Previously, he has been worked for Al-Zohra Travel & Tour mainly as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), also provided Ticketing and Visa services to our valuable clients from 2013-2018. Meanwhile side by side he had provided his services as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to SK Group of Companies and Mian Sons Associates. For Al-Zohra Enterprises, a project of Al-Zohra Travel & Tour.

He has been provided his services as a General Manager from 1st Sep 2018 to 31st Oct 2023.

Our Recruitment Procedure

Comprehensive Assessment of Client Requirements

Mam Global Manpower takes satisfaction in personalizing their hiring procedure for every customer. To make sure you hire the best people, we thoroughly examine your company, including your operations and industry criteria. The client is obligated to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) specifying the terms and conditions of the recruitment with Mam Global Manpower. The customer then issues a Power of Attorney, a Specimen Agreement, and a Demand letter that includes positions and a list of requirements. Mam Global Manpower uses these documents to obtain the necessary consents in order to start the hiring process in Pakistan.


Advertising

Establishing an accurate description, which will serve as the foundation for the screening and short listing, is the initial phase. Following that, the position is posted or disseminated through various mode of communication, including print, journals, the internet, mailing lists, Texting campaigns, and recommendations. To create a short list of possible applicants, we also search through our extensive network

Filtering Resumes

In order to receive resumes, either physical or electronic version, Mam Global Manpower offers a safe and effective method in this phase. Resumes are prioritized and categorized based on the criteria of the vacancy; resumes are then approved or rejected by industry professionals.

Assesment

This step involves Mam Global Manpower executing various kinds of tests (technical, trade, behavioral), and also conduct face-to-face interview if necessary.

Shortlist Creation

The outcomes of the assessments and interviews are put together with all of the selected resumes from the different categories to come up with the best applicants.


Presentation to the Employer / Client Selection

In this stage, we offer our customer with a comprehensive list of the shortlisted candidates so they may make their own candidate selections. After the customer’s interview and selection of the candidate, Mam Global Manpower will draft and sign the employment contract and, if the client allows, negotiate the salary. At this point, the procedure of gathering numerous documents, including certificates, passports, and pictures, commences immediately.

 Processing

The review of an applicant’s documents required to obtain a work abroad includes Police Clearance, Medical Testing, Visa Processing and Protectorate of Emigrant. The purpose of performing those tasks in significant quantities, we have chosen qualified individuals and collaborators


 Candidate Mobilization

After approval and completion of all documentation, the candidate’s departure plan must be according to ticket availability. Travel schedules are set up for the candidates, and information are sent to their respective organizations to arrange a meet and greet on their end. Our skilled staff also organizes reception for the candidates at the foreign location and their first on-site reporting if the firm demands a pre-travel induction, which concludes shortly before departure..
